We are looking to establish a long term resident for our Caretaker /
Handyman position; Mature / retired individuals are encouraged to
apply as having a seasoned individual on site for security and to assist
with projects is desired. This person does not need to be
Horse savvy.
An additional opportunity is available for an experienced Horsewoman or Horseman for our gentle, smart and affectionate four year old Gelding who is a fun, focused and easy student. This can be month by month. Inquire further for details.
Surrounded by groves of incredible trees and mountainside views, abundant wildlife adds to the picturesque beauty of this special place, private and serene though located only several minutes from the town of Grants Pass.
Not a working Cattle Ranch. Our few Horses are for pleasure only.

Maintaining forest trails, feeding burn piles and gathering firewood is a focus during the cooler wet months. Contribute at a comfortable pace, enjoy the land.
Applicants must be kind, conscientious individuals who take pride in their work and have a genuine appreciation for nature and love of animals. Importantly, NO smokers, drug users or frequent alcohol drinkers. A valid picture ID / background check and references required.
