Couple for a South Texas ranch needed:
Positions come with a one-bedroom house with fenced yard and includes free utilities and internet.
Ranch hand position is to work with the foreman of the ranch to ensure the property is maintained to the standards of the owners. This includes: lawn care, equipment maintenance, shredding, roller chopping, checking water wells and waterlines for issues, fixing basic structural problems and annual maintenance of all infrastructure throughout ranch. Help ensure all domestic animals on the ranch are in good health and fed daily.
Housekeeper duties include all aspects of cleaning the inside of the owners’ residential home as well as exterior windows and screened porches. Annual deep clean is expected which includes all surfaces throughout the home being cleaned or dusted. Owners’ dogs live year-round at home, so extra attention is needed to specific areas where dogs have access.
Ranch hand position is paid with an annual salary and the housekeeper is paid hourly.
A valid driver’s license is a requirement.
Background checks will be performed, and employment will also be determined by your honesty.
