Hello! We are passionately pursuing a long-term ranch caretaker opportunity.
I was born and raised on the Norias Division of King Ranch (Grandfather and Father ran it for 52 years). Lacy grew up on a family ranch of over 40 years. We are committed and proven achievers with the highest level of integrity, organizational skills, detail orientation and knowledge of working on ranches. If you are looking for a trustworthy, dependable and meticulous team, we firmly believe that you would be nothing but satisfied with us.

Our ideal opportunity would be with a family ranch who needs a couple to maintain and care for their home(s), property, livestock, wildlife, pets and more while away. When family and friends return, everything is cleaned, maintained, prepared and ready to enjoy.
- Genuine, Positive and Effective Communication Skills
- Maintaining facilities, homes, approval coordination to super clean standards
- Confident with wildlife, pets and horses
- Advanced experience with shotguns, rifles, ARs, Pistols, Scopes, Optics and all Ammunition. Guardian Angel Certified- Firearms Safety Certification
- Advanced Computer Skills and Significant Experience in Managing Budgets
- Advanced Ranch Security and Surveillance
- Significant experience with Vendor and Contractor coordination
Clean backgrounds. Non-smokers, No Alcohol or Drugs.
