Sweetgrass at Thunderbasin
5,600 Acre private ranch in NE Wyoming Black Hills in search of individual or couple to manage our five-star, farm to table hospitality program. This is a full-time position, however, seasonal on-site. During off-season, some responsibilities may be handled remotely.
Limited (12-16 small groups) commercial property activations expected Spring and Fall to include: upland bird hunting, family reunions, and small corporate retreats. Property amenities include: 10 stand sporting clays course, 5-stand shotgun, handgun and rifle ranges, archery ranges, equestrian center, ATV trails, hiking trails, warm-water fishing, limited seasonal livestock operations with Cattle and Bison, farm to table gardening, chicken/rabbit farming, & beekeeping. Requirements:
- Have extensive hospitality experience
- Customer-service oriented
- Experience in hiring, training and managing seasonal employees
- Works well with others in an individual and team settings
- Willing to help/manage/oversee hospitality areas of operation including: cooking, front of house meal service, bartending, culinary gardening, game processing/butchering, canning, inventory, retail, guest services, housekeeping
- Culinary or hospitality education a bonus, but not required
- Ensure adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines
- Computer skills and willingness to learn systems
- Safety conscious
