The Director of Hospitality is a newly created, senior leadership role responsible for building and elevating the entire Member-facing hospitality experience at the Ranch. The DOH unifies four realms of the Member experience under one leader: the Lodge and its year-round, three-meal restaurant; the guest cabins where Members and their guests may reside; transportation to and from the airport; and on- and off-property activities, including excursions into town and collaborating with the RM for hunting and fishing on property.
This is a ground-up role. The DOH will implement the systems, standard operating procedures, training programs, and accountability structures needed to deliver a consistent, luxury-caliber experience across every touchpoint — replacing informal, inconsistent practices with a professional hospitality operation befitting a premier private sporting community.
The concerted efforts of this individual will result in improved Member satisfaction, greater consistency across dining, lodging, transportation, and activities, and a well-trained, well-retained hospitality team.
