Open for discussing the possibility to trade your time working in our yard and gardens with more than 100 rose varieties, along with many rare trees/plants in exchange for: 2 B/1.5 bath private residence with all full size appliances, inc. dishwasher, mostly furnished inside/out. Two decks to enjoy off time – one with great view of Mt. St. Helena, and the other under redwood cover with picnic bench and built in seating.
3 fireplaces – 2 wood burning and 1 electric in master. Travertine stone floor surrounds soaking tub. Granite counter with 2 sinks in bath. Laundry room with plenty of storage – vac. and all cleaning supplies.
Best suited for semi, or fully retired couple. Will pay hourly or project wage after exchange and more for any trade skills with tools. Need motivated individuals, capable of working on their own with little direction once tasks understood. Trustworthy – honest with good communication skills.
Possible space for your RV and able to provide and offer hookups, which may be another option, and a means to determine if this is a fit for everyone!
