Working with team members on a wildlife, white-tailed deer ranch, NO Breeder Deer, NO Exotics, NO domestic Livestock, NO Commercial Hunting.
Duties include: cleaning ranch water troughs, filling feeders, potentially learning to dart deer out of the deer blinds with wild deer via DMP program, mowing, processing wildlife through MLDP program, washing ranch equipment, taking guests hunting, potentially learning to remove management deer, repairing and working on feeders, cleaning deer blinds, repairs and maintenance to equipment, operating heavy equipment.
40 hour work week offseason; 60-70 hour work week during deer season; some stretches of 2 to 3 weeks of work straight; Working during holidays may be required. Heavy lifting a must. Must be able to work seasonally in HOT So. TX heat.
Salary: $40k-$51k + with bonuses; 401K; vacation time; housing, employee contract, if you complete 5 yrs you could average $67k if you hit all your bonuses.
