Canyon Madness Ranch is resuming its advertising for an experienced horse trainer because previous applicants’ qualifications were inaccurate. As a 14,000 acre luxury ranch in NE New Mexico, we are searching for actual Horse Trainers with a versatile scope of experience to train horses, young or mature, to be the best athletes they can be.
Candidates that require CMR to train them, those experienced only to wrangle, trail-ride and groom are not suitable for this instance. Canyon Madness Ranch own approximately 50 horses consisting of Gypsies, Quarter Horses, Warmbloods and others.
Ranch is for personal use but does have occasional luxury rental guests. Advertised Horse Trainer shall be paid a salary of $30,000 per year while all living needs will be provided by Employer, including a 2-bedroom/2 BR well-located and well-appointed cabin, food and beverage, fuel, and utilities etc.
Employment is uniquely set up as a modified Co-Op so net profits of the entire ranch operation is divided between employees as bonuses. Position only suit trainers whose lifestyle preference is to live in a true and unparalleled wilderness paradise while totally involved with horse TRAINING.
