About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated and experienced individuals to join our wildlife ranch management team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic outdoor environment, managing daily ranch operations and supporting the care of wildlife.

Responsibilities Monday-Friday

  • Oversee daily ranch operations and wildlife management including feed, water, and health needs.
  • Care for and manage wildlife including Axis Deer and Elk.
  • Operate ranch vehicles and equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance using basic tools
  • Ensure safety and efficiency in all ranch activities

Qualifications

  • Prior ranch work experience required
  • Hands-on experience with wildlife
  • Familiarity with Polaris vehicles, skid steers, and ranch equipment
  • Skills in basic tools and maintenance tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
