The LF Ranch is looking for a motivated, team-player to help with ranch operations for the summer of 2021 (April 1-Oct. 1).

Primary duties will include: handling cattle horseback, branding, vaccinating calves, fence maintenance, and some temporary electric fence installation.

Successful candidate will have a can-do attitude, and proficiency handling large groups of cattle horseback. Preference given to those who have ability to rope.

The ranch provides a room in a newly remodeled bunkhouse.

The LF Ranch is a 40,000 acre ranch located in the foothills of the Rocky Mountain Front. The ranch runs 1,700 commercial angus cows in a progressive manner; including Management-intensive Grazing, rest rotation, and Holistic Management practices. Cattle handling is primarily performed horseback and the crew strives to be effective stockmen and grass managers.
