You must be dependable; you must be able to think!  You must know how to pull a trailer, back a trailer, and change a flat on a trailer.

Be able to work in the south Texas heat.

Skills

• weed eater
• Z turn mower
• mending fence
• repair water leaks
• pivot operation
• disc and shred fields
• most importantly, have some common sense!

Must have dependable transportation to get to the Ranch, you will have transportation while working on the Ranch. We are in the middle of nowhere 40 miles to the closest grocery store.

This job is for a single individual, living quarters is bunkhouse situation, private room, common living kitchen and bath, no room for baggage.
