Lost Creek Ranch
Seeking couple to manage property including guiding hunts and hosting guests, maintaining ranch and hunting areas, and basic maintenance repairs of property.
Seeking the following skills:
Ranch Maintenance
- High fence and low fence surveillance and maintenance
- Varmint control
- Road and property maintenance
- Supplemental feed management
- Grounds keeping
- Equipment operation (tractor, skid steer, dump truck, excavator, bulldozer)
- Blind and feeder maintenance
- Exterior and interior cleaning of lodge and areas surrounding lodge
- Coordination and management of external contractors and supplemental help as needed
Skills Preferred
- Guiding and/or hunting experience including ability to price animals in field
- Basic experience with carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing
- Welding experience
- Mechanical and equipment maintenance and upkeep
- Heavy machinery operation
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
Hunting Needs:
- Guiding (primarily exotics)
- Animal gutting, skinning, quartering, caping
- Weapon safety and range management
- Population census/tracking
Other:
- Non-smokers only
