Looking for a happy couple to help us with our family ranch. Ideally, you would be a couple that can do house cleaning for the main house and also with farm hand labor at our family ranch (no livestock).
House cleaning twice a week. We provide all materials for house cleaning, you provide the labor to help us keep it clean and organized.
Farm hand duties include: cultivating soil, sowing crops in our small garden area, planting trees in our orchard, controlling weeds, constructing trellises to support vines, berries and fruit, have experience using compact tractors and hand tools, maintain and repair agricultural buildings, fences, machinery, grade sloped driveways, and other similar tasks.
We provide you with an incredibly beautiful place to live in a 600 square foot one-bedroom 1 bath unit (built in 2010, concrete floor, deck and panoramic views) on the mountainside that overlooks SLO in exchange for working 4 farm hand hours per day and two housecleaning days per week (one full house day, one lighter partial house cleaning day). Hours are very flexible – they can be scheduled on your own schedule.
You must be happy, dependable, and relatively quiet, as we will be neighbors (your house is 50 feet fromt he main house) in a secluded area up a private driveway. If your lifestyle is quiet, low-impact and easy going, and you treasure beautiful vista views and a peaceful home environment, we want to hear from you.
