FARM HAND WANTED – FAMILY FARM
We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Farm Hand to help us care for and continue building our family farm.
This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, isn’t afraid to get dirty, and takes pride in doing a job well.
Duties may include:
- Planting, weeding, watering, harvesting, and general garden/crop care
- Mowing, weed-eating, clearing brush, and property maintenance
- Maintaining garden beds, fields, fencing, and farm areas
- Helping with composting, soil improvement, and regenerative farming projects
- Using basic hand tools and farm equipment
- Loading, moving, and organizing materials and supplies
- Helping with seasonal projects around the property
- Other general farm work as needed
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Dependable and shows up when scheduled
- Comfortable working outside in Tennessee heat and changing weather
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, carrying, and performing active outdoor work
- Able to work independently once given instructions
- Respectful of our property, family, tools, plants, and animals
- Experienced with farming, gardening, landscaping, construction, or equipment operation is a plus, but a strong work ethic matters most
