Christensen Farms in Alma, Nebraska is seeking a dependable, experienced Farm Hand who works well in a team environment!! If you have a love for agriculture and enjoy having a variety of tasks each day, we would love to hear from you!
Farm Hand Compensation & Benefits:
- $22-$27 per hour based on experience
- Paid Time and half when working on the weekends

Farm Hand Job Duties include:
- Assist with planting and spraying
- Operate a grain cart
- Operate a combine
- Knowledge and experience operating John Deere equipment and technology
- Cut, rake and bale
- Operate a disc and drill
- Irrigate
- Drive a Semi-Truck
- General maintenance and repairs on equipment and fence
- Assist with cattle as needed
Farm Hand Schedule: Hours vary based on season
- Regular season: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM, rotating weekends for chores
- Busy season: Monday – Saturday, 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM
The Farm Hand must have an acceptable driving record as reflected by MVR. A CDL is not required.
