Cattle & Farm Maintenance Manager – Central Florida Farm is seeking a dual-focus leadership role responsible for the health and productivity of a 500-head commercial beef herd and the comprehensive maintenance of farm infrastructure.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this position ensures that both the livestock and the physical property meet peak operational standards year-round.

Must have 5 years’ experience, be able to manage a crew of 8 or more, manage operational budgets, supply inventories (feed, minerals, parts), and vendor relationships. 

A good knowledge of Florida-specific pasture management, including invasive species control.

Technical Proficiency: Skills in welding, mechanical repair, and heavy equipment operation.
