The responsibilities of the role include:
- Daily animal care and feeding (horses, goats, chickens, geese, dogs, alpacas)
- Daily barn chores and cleaning
- Monthly health checks and treatments on all animals
- Seasonal farm projects and maintenance
Characteristics or the ideal candidate include:
- The ability to work independently AND as part of a family-oriented team
- The ability to forge and nurture relationships with animals
- A team-player who gets their work done and looks-out for others
- A person who is settled in their life and role OR wants to build their resume through challenges, growing responsibilities, and goal-achievement.
