West Texas/New Mexico farm/ranch is seeking a manager to oversee all operations, including crew supervision, heavy equipment operation/maintenance, cattle care, and guiding of hunts. Hay/crop production experience is also desirable. 5+ years prior crew supervision is a must, with Spanish conversational skills preferred. Need proven skills in maintaining roads and fences and management of native grasslands. Complete benefit package available for outstanding candidate.
