Seeking an experienced live-on management couple or two-person team.

This is a full-time, year-round leadership position for two adults with complementary skills and experience in farm operations, property management, maintenance, infrastructure, project oversight, and land stewardship.

Nestled just outside Hendersonville, North Carolina, this private family retreat spans approximately 70 acres and includes two homes, a cabin, a large shop, multiple barns, livestock, livestock guardian dogs, gardens, trails, water systems, and ongoing property improvement projects.

The property includes sheep, goats, chickens, livestock guardian dogs, greenhouse and garden operations, and approximately one acre of cultivated growing space. Animals are maintained for grazing, companionship, and egg production; this is not a commercial livestock operation.

We are seeking a couple or two-person team with complementary strengths. One individual may focus more heavily on livestock, gardens, staff oversight, and daily farm operations, while the other focuses on equipment, infrastructure, maintenance, projects, and property operations. Both individuals should be comfortable contributing wherever needed and working together to support the overall property.

Housing is provided on-site for two adults.
