I just bought a 99 acre farm in Elgin, TX with 2 mobile homes on it. I will be renting one of them out to a family. But will have another one I would like to offer to someone who could be a care taker.
The farm came with a few Cows, calfs, and a bull that needs to be taken care of to keep the agriculture tax exemption in place. If you would like to raise your own cattle and other live stock thats completely fine as well. I would prefer to Lease this property out to someone who would like to rent the entire property and use it as a working farm. The last owners grew plentiful hay, cattle, chickens and cat fish pond.
