A boutique guest and working ranch in SW Colorado seeking a farm/ranch hand (or a couple) to handle irrigation, pasture management, livestock (small herd of cattle, sheep, chickens) care, general upkeep/maintenance and assistance on guest service. Extra income potential if wife is interested in housekeeping.

It is not a typical cowboy-on-horseback type of work. We have about 65 acres of pasture, we do farmers market to sell our meats and we do vacation rental with 5 guest houses. We are looking for a couple or an individual who love animals, value hard working, self-motivated and willing to learn/take direction and not afraid of physical work.

Prior experience on flood/gated-pipe irrigation or sheep/cattle handling is welcomed, handyman skill will be a big plus.
