West Pass Ranch
We are a cow/calf operation located at the base of the Big Horn Mountains. We run approximately 375 head of mother cows on the MT/WY border.
We are looking for a full time employee with skills in farming, haying, mechanics, fencing, general maintenance, basic construction, and irrigation. Basic livestock skills are important, as employee will work with livestock as well.
A qualified applicant must be honest, hard working, dependable, and self-starting. The typical work week is 5 1/2 days, but with winter feeding there will be Sunday chores.
We are about 40 miles from Sheridan, WY. We are located on good county roads with great schools and community.
Compensation will depend on experience; it will consist of monthly salary and possible yearly bonus. Compensation includes 3 bedroom house, basic utilities, and beef. No smoking in houses or vehicles. Dogs welcome, but they must be under control.
