Valloff Farms
We are looking for help on a ranch/farm operation in the North West corner of South Dakota (very close to ND and MT borders). Salary with room and board included. Due to housing, this position is best for a single person and best suited for someone retired with some former experience.
What we are looking for is someone who can help with haying, harvesting, calving, fencing, plus what other may come up. This includes operating tractors, swathers, rakes, skid steers, pickups, 4 wheelers and other machinery (plus maintenance). There are no horses here. We use 4 wheelers and side by side units with the cattle. Knowledge of GPS is a plus, but not a requirement.
Due to possible fire hazards in fields a non-smoker is preferred, no excess alcohol, and no drugs tolerated. Actual experience of at least a year is preferred. But, we will consider someone willing to learn.
