El Tesoro Ranch
The El Tesoro Ranch is a Privately-owned five thousand acre ranch located 15 miles south of Charlotte, TX.
The main focus of the El Tesoro Ranch is Range, wildlife and fisheries management to reach the owners goals. We are seeking a full time Farming/Equipment Manager to oversee and operate all farming, food plots, irrigation and equipment practices.
This position offers:

The following is a list of responsibilities but are not limited to:
- Outline future habitat practices through ranch manager.
- Habitat Improvements. (Pasture aeration, disking and grubbing.)
- Planting Food Plots. Spring and Fall
- Maintenance and clearing of roads
- Mowing/Shredding of roads, fields and past roller chopped areas
- Perimeter fence monitoring, spraying and upkeep.
- Upkeep of wildlife habitat.
- Upkeep of equipment barns and shop.
- Upkeep and maintenance of all equipment.
- Upkeep of service and maintenance records.
- Repair and Maintenance on irrigation sprinklers, lines and pumps.
- Upkeep of airstrip. (Mowing, sweeping, rolling and washing with water truck.)
- Keep air plane hangar clean and organized.
- Airstrip fence upkeep by herbicide spraying.
- Monitor and spraying of release site fencing.
- Maintain irrigation in all food plots.
- Ordering seed.
- Maintain water wells windmills and solar pumps.
- Manage pond levels and valve openings for irrigation purposes
- Water well upkeep and maintenance.
- Ordering fuel and propane.
- Outdoor maintenance includes mowing, weed eating, edging, mopping porches, outdoor kitchen, boat dock, windows, floor mats, putting green and courtyard.
- Cutting and maintaining high inventory of fire wood.
- Building fires each night for each group.
- Scheduling septic tanks maintenance.
- Guiding of hunters and Clients as needed.
