Equine Farm caretaker Wanted for 115 acres, 10 stall horse Farm. Care of horses includes feeding twice a day,
grooming, bringing horses in and out to pastures. Stall cleaning and maintenance of grounds; with easy to use
“newer spreader”, shaving in bags, string cutter, gator farm utility vehicle, turn zero lawnmower, small JD lawnmower tractor and large tractor with behind rotary cutter. There is perimeter cutting of entrance and around buildings and 2 mobile homes, during season.
No hay cutting of fields by us. Hay square bales are delivered and stacked in hay barn. Full time 40 regular hours per week 8:30AM to 5:30PM, with Weekends 12-16 extra hrs paid time & a half for basic care of horses and stalls.
Frequently, owners do weekend afternoon care. Two weeks per year of paid vacation. Job includes living in Modern 3 bedroom mobile home with back deck and fenced backyard for children & with all utilities paid and free DishSatellite tv. Farm is rural living with paved roads leading to it and very short distance to gas and I-49 Highway .
Sorry, No pets. No horses, No riding and No hunting.
Farm has a cat and 5 free range laying hens and our family and yours will share eggs. No smoking. No alcohol. NO Drugs!
