Blake Brothers Ranch
We are looking for a full-time in-house horse trainer who has experience in starting colts to finishing horses and everything in between. Our program encompasses breeding, training, and then selling the horses. We are a working cattle ranch with a covered arena so there are a variety of training experiences available.
Ideal candidate should possess the following:
Have an easy-going, low drama personality, experienced in starting colts under saddle and bringing them along until they are finished riding horses, have some experience in taking horses to shows; be an effective communicator with owners of training progress; have a strong work ethic, be reliable and punctual.
Pay will be determined on level of experience. Housing is provided.
