Branson Shores Resort is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and guest-focused individual to join our team as a Full-Time Onsite Resort Caretaker. This is a unique opportunity to live and work at one of the premier lakefront resorts in the Branson area while helping create an exceptional experience for our guests and owners.

Compensation & Benefits

$45,000 annual salary, Bonus opportunities, 2-bedroom onsite apartment provided, Utilities included 3 weeks paid vacation per year.

Schedule Requirements

Full-time position, Weekend availability is required, Flexibility for guest emergencies and resort needs.

Responsibilities

Manage guest communications and assist with guest needs, Respond to emergency guest situations when necessary, General property cleanup and upkeep, Dock management and monitoring, Pool care and maintenance, Recreational area maintenance, Coordinate and communicate effectively with staff members and property owners, Help maintain a welcoming, clean, and safe resort environment.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Excellent time management and organizational abilities, Self-motivated and dependable, Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Comfortable handling a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment, Maintenance or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
