Performs shift lead duties for the PM service. Typically works 2pm-10pm
Assists the Dining Room Manager and Assistant Manager in all tasks needed.
Ensures that staff are using Daily Checklist for setup and breakdown.
Ensures that all Dining areas, service stations, and storage areas are kept at the highest standard of cleanliness.
Ensures that staff is prepared for shift by stocking stations, talking with kitchen staff about menu changes, etc.
Oversees grooming & uniform appearance standards of Front of House staff.
Upholds that the correct hygiene practices are performed.
Upholds timeliness for Front of House employees for the PM shift.
Delegates tasks to Front of House employees throughout the shift.
Ensures that all areas are manned appropriately for all satellite events.
Ensures that servers follow the service standards put in place by the F&B director.
Upholds both the C Lazy U ranch rules and Dining team rules.
Ensures that daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks are accomplished on time.
Ensures that all areas are set up for success for the following AM shift.
In charge of keeping Employee Dining Room (EDR) running smoothly. Stocking before dinner shift, helping to keep an eye on food levels during dinner, cleaning all surfaces at the end of the PM shift.
Attends weekly meetings with F&B team.
Is knowledgeable of daily BEO’s – what events are taking place on the ranch – especially those that pertain to F&B.
