Seeking a hard-working, honest Ranch Manager experienced with cattle, fencing, farming, and machinery usage and maintenance.
5+ years of experience required.

Qualifications:
- Must have previous agricultural experience on a farm/ranch caring for livestock, fencing, hay production, operating and maintaining farm equipment, herd health management, cell grazing, backgrounding cattle, etc.
- Must have a strong work ethic.
- Must be responsible and honest.
- Must be team-oriented.
- Must be drug free.
Ranch Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee animal feeding and care.
- Operate vehicles and equipment (tractors, sprayers, planters, combine, etc.).
- Manage data collection and record keeping of animals and crops.
- CatteMax experience is a plus.
- Maintain ideal working conditions by managing fencing, welding, cleaning, and construction.
- Maintain all farm equipment and vehicles by coordinating repairs and maintenance schedules.
- Ability to supervise other employees as needed.
- Maintain chemical storage, safety procedures and ensure others use necessary safety precautions as well.
