We are seeking a reliable and experienced couple to manage daily operations at the ranch. This is a full-time, long-term, live-in position with private on-site accommodation provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Livestock care: cattle, chickens, horses, and sheep
- Hay field irrigation and harvest coordination
- Fence maintenance, basic construction and ranch repairs
- Guest house maintenance and basic housekeeping
- Hosting visitors and supporting agri-tourism activities
- Groundskeeping and equipment maintenance
- Winter snow clearing, firewood preparation
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in farming, ranching, or similar settings
- Driver’s license (Class 5 or higher)
- Mechanical or handyman skills preferred
- Must be physically fit and self-motivated
- Able to live and work independently in a rural setting
- Legal right to work in Canada
Compensation:
- Competitive monthly salary for the couple (based on experience)
