Requirements/Qualifications
The HORSES are priority
Must be responsible, dedicated & respectful
Experienced riding skills is a plus: (riding colts to preparing show horses)
Feed – saddle – warm up – cool down – bathing – washing boots & cinches – cleaning stalls – flexibility – long hours with early morning starts: (depending on show or schedule at the barn)
Work with owners & team members with a positive attitude. The blame game & drama is not allowed!
Phones & social media has a time & place. Not on my time.
