Whitetail Breeding and Hunting Operations is looking for skilled, dependable, and hands-on General Manager for all aspects of our Whitetail breeding/hunting programs, cattle and property management.
- 5 + years experience general ranch work.
- Work deer through handling facilities; assist with AI, darting, and fawning season and keeping accurate records
- Hunting guide experience required: Trophy guiding, field dressing
- Fill feeders; perform general ranch work, fence repair, brush control and vehicle maintenance
- Care for 70+ head of cattle including weaning calves and keeping good records
- Ability to safely and efficiently operate heavy machinery, including backhoes, skid-steers, tractors, and dozers, for use in property maintenance, construction projects, and land improvement
- Experience with planting, cultivating, and harvesting small grains and hay, including equipment operation and seasonal planning.

Requirements:
- Must be dependable, honest and physically fit
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willing to undergo background check
- Ability to lift 50 lbs on a daily basis
- Clean and organized work habits
Additional Information:
- Ranch truck provided for ranch work only
- On-site housing (1 or 2 bedroom barndomenium apartment); utilities provided
- Competitive pay based on experience
