Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking individuals who are not just willing but eager to work outdoors, rain or shine. We are looking for individuals or couples to aid in maintaining and improving the property as the work load has gotten to much for a few to manage. If you’re passionate about preserving the beauty of nature, have an affinity for landscaping, gardening and forestry, and desire to make a positive impact on the environment, we invite you to be a part of our team. Your dedication to the cause and willingness to learn and grow are the qualities we value most.
Duties:
- Perform general maintenance tasks to keep the grounds clean and well-maintained
- Mow, trim, and edge lawns using hand tools or power tools
- Plant, water, and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Remove weeds and pests from gardens and landscapes
- Rake leaves and remove debris from walkways and common areas
- Maintain and repair irrigation systems as needed
- Assist with snow removal during winter months
- Ensure that all equipment is properly cleaned, stored, and maintained
Requirements:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping preferred
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and plant maintenance
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting heavy objects or working in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive and duties will cary depending on the time of year and pressing workload.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
Ability to relocate to Susquehanna, PA or surrounding area with the ability to commute is required.
