Full time with benefits groundskeeper/farm helper position available. Truck provided.
Must have experience tending to horses and chickens. Must be able to drive a tractor with bushhog. Must be able to haul a trailer if required
Position includes maintaining property including gardens, weeding, caring for horses including some retirees, holding for the farrier, caring for chickens. Making sure bedding/feed is ordered. Planting vegetable gardens and weeding. You keep some of the vegetables (you have a garden too). We don’t have housing on-site at the moment but you’ll receive a small stipend for housing. We do have a drug and alcohol test you will need to pass.
Must be reliable and good with horses. Must be kind to animals. Must like the outdoors. You have an air conditioned workshop. This is a family home so this person must be highly discreet and trustworthy. Experience riding and training horses is a plus.
