If you’re a professional Housekeeper looking for a new long-term position with an excellent employer in a beautiful environment, please consider this great opportunity! Become part of a great team as the Head Housekeeper for a large private ranch estate near Choteau in northern Montana.
The family would like to hire someone with at least three to five years of experience working in a fine home or a five-start luxury resort or hotel. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have experience cleaning and caring for high end furnishings and finishes, and have elite laundry skills, including ironing and steaming of garments and linens.
Primary responsibilities for this role will include managing a team of housekeepers and formulating a cleaning schedule; providing service to family members and guests; overseeing the daily operation of eight homes on the ranch; assisting with hands-on cleaning as needed; and ensuring all laundry tasks and wardrobe organization projects are completed. Must have a hands-on team-based attitude and be able to pitch in with whatever is needed to keep the home and the ranch running smoothly.
This is a full-time, live-out, year-round position. Generally a five day work week, with flexibility needed.
Compensation of $20.00 to $25.00 per hour offered depending on experience, with a full benefits package.
