A Bar A Ranch
The Head of Housekeeping role is a benefited position with year-round salary. It is full-time May 1 through October 31 with part-time office-based (remote) work in November through April. Housing is provided mid-May through October.
Head Housekeeper candidates must have a proven track record of successful leadership in a similar setting (e.g., lodge, resort, guest ranch, hotel). A Bar A houses approximately 240 people (both guests and staff) per day during the ranch’s operating season. The Head Housekeeper must be organized and detail-oriented; proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; physically active; and interested in teaching and managing young adult staff members.
