Seeking head wrangler for 25,000 acre private ranch with 300 partner families that utilize the ranch May thru Oct. Care of about 35 horses Nov-April and 70+ May thru Oct. Summer season you would need to hire 2-3 wranglers to assist you in taking people on private and guided group rides and caring for the horses.

You should be able to administer basic vet care and be able to spot issues with horses before they become problems. Being able to get along with people is a must. Discourage drinkers and drugs are not allowed. (And I will know)

Fencing, basic flood irrigation knowledge, and how to do a good days work is mandatory. In exchange you will get a house with utilities, starting salary of $35k/year and a $240 health insurance stipend after 90 days. Work is 5 days a week. Good crew out here and wanting to add someone that’s looking to put down roots.

Families are okay. Please no jump jumpers. Not interested in someone wanting to hang out for the winter and move on.
