PREFER YOU LIVE ON SITE! In your own rv, camper, van, truck, car, tent, what ever you have. I can supply a place if you prefer, however it will be at a reduced pay rate (minus $2 per hour).
You will need to be able to get your own supplies, and have your own vehicle.
We are currently hiring “Laborers and Maintenance” positions for the fall and winter.
Experience living off-grid a plus!!
We are off-grid and down an unmaintained dirt road, a car can make it if you know how to drive off road!
- MUST: Have ID, either driver’s license or State ID
- MUST: Pass a background (No Hard Drugs, No Theft, No Violence)
- MUST: Be trustworthy, dependable, and honest
- MUST: Be a team player and able to work independently
- MUST: Be in excellent physical condition, and able to lift up to 50lb (occasionally).
We have just started gearing up for the winter (approx. the first of Nov). Finishing rain catchment, solar, animal pens, painting, repairs, just to name a few, and of course there’s the everyday things that need taken care of such as the garden and the animals.
We are at 6200′ elevation. Right now the average temperatures are in the 60’s-70’s daytime, and 40’s night time. If you want to get a better idea of the current weather conditions, check out Valle, AZ. weather conditions.
This is a full time position. 40 hours per week! paid in cash and paid weekly. If you’re only looking for part-time there are a couple part-time positions available too (must make prior arrangements for part time)!
Salary: $15-$20 per hour depending on position and if housing is needed
