D'Jango Hill Farm
Seeking worker for help on a 27 acre family farm. Experience working with horses a must. Duties will include but are not limited to cleaning stalls, feeding, turn out, blanketing and general grooming for the horses.
In addition to horses, the farm has of a small herd of alpacas, as well as goats, sheep, chickens and tortoises. Candidate will be responsible for feeding and care of all animals as well as cleaning their enclosures.
Applicant should have comfort with the operation of a small tractor. General help with farm maintenance, fence repair, and landscaping (weedwacking. mowing, etc) is required.
The property also has 2 guest rentals, and some interaction with guests is expected. Compensation will depend on level of experience. This is a live-in position and provides a nice furnished apartment (with utilities included).
Couple will be considered, but not suitable for children. Candidate must be able to speak English. References required.
