AM//PM Care for 7 horses. Private 1 Acre old ranch. Elderly Couple w/elderly horses. Trade for rent & utilities. 26′ travel trailer. Lots of other horse related work in area. Had Equine Rescue & EquiShare program for 30 years. Retired. Trying out outlive our horses who have brought joy to hundreds and deserve to be safe till they pass.
2 Extra stalls available for personal or possibly horses in training. Can be discussed.

- WORK / TRADE FOR LIVING QUARTERS

- NEED ASAP
- Dependable, horse knowledgeable person, handyman type a bonus, to provide
- 2 x daily horse care.
*** - Feed, clean, water a.m.
- Feed, Clean p.m.
- 6 days a week /One day off / Trade for small living quarters
- PREFER LONG TERM…
- MUST LIVE ON SITE.
This work leaves plenty of time for an outside job for income, which is required.
There is potential here for added income on site …. for the right person.
We would consider allowing a trainer to bring in a couple horses to train or prep to sell. Your work, your financial gain.
REQUIREMENTS:

- Valid drivers license
- Operable vehicle
- Cell phone
- Reference (job and personal)

- TV (Need ROKU)
- Parking for one vehicle,
Other:
- ⚠️ Zero tolerance for drugs, no alcohol consumption on site.
- Small Pet may be ok/ must be approved in advance.
- This is not a commercial facility.
- This is our home.
- We rescued neglected horses years past and shared them with people who could not have their own horse.
- Family oriented so appropriate lifestyle is a must.
- You must maintain your living quarters and work space.
