Three Bandit Ranch
Join our team on a 120-acre working horse ranch in scenic western Montana. We’re seeking a motivated, experienced individual for a full-time, hands-on role involving horse training, riding instruction, trail rides, barn management, and general ranch operations, with a willingness to pitch in as needed.
You’ll be the primary caretaker and trainer, responsible for day-to-day horse-related operations of the ranch. The ideal candidate is self-driven, hardworking, and thrives in a ranch lifestyle where days and tasks vary with the season.
NOTICE: This position requires applicants to have experience working with horses. However, prior experience working on a ranch is not required. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable and confident handling horses, regardless of whether that experience was gained in a ranch setting or elsewhere.

- Start ground work with colts and fillys and develop young horses.

- Coordinate with veterinarians, farriers, and suppliers.
- Assist with fencing repairs and other similar ranch chores.

- Must be able to drive and haul horse trailers safely in mountainous terrain.
- Basic equine first aid knowledge required.
- Positive, professional attitude with a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
- Not suitable for candidates seeking strict 9–5 hours or rigid work-life separation.
