Canyon Madness Ranch, (www.CanyonMadnessRanch.com) is resuming its advertising for another experienced horse trainer. As a 14,000 acre luxury ranch in NE New Mexico, we are searching for another trainer with wide horse-related experiences. Trainers with extra expertise in starting young horses is preferred. Horse breeding and lots of training rides are more suitable for our position. In addition, if such trainer (or his/her spouse or partner) is a good mechanic, this would be most preferable.
Canyon Madness Ranch own approximately 50 horses consisting of Gypsies, Quarter Horses, Warmbloods and others. As a base, Trainer shall be paid a salary of $30,000 per year while all living needs will be provided by Employer, including a 2-bedroom/2 BR well-located and appointed cabin, food and beverage, fuel, and utilities etc. CMR also offers employee compensation is a form of an Employee Co-Op where net profits of the entire ranch’s operation are divided between employees.
CMR is interested in long term employees whose lifestyle needs are compatible with a true and unparalleled wilderness paradise.
