We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a full-time, on-site Ranch Manager and Trail Guide.
As our Ranch Manager & Horse Trainer, you will manage the daily operations of the ranch, ensuring the well-being of our horses and the success of our guided trail rides & ranch vacation experiences.
You will be in charge of the daily operations on site, including leading trail rides, caring for the horses & the facilities, and managing bookings. You clean horse stalls in the morning and saddle up horses for one trail ride per day.
You guide a group of 2-4 people on trails into Joshua Tree National Park that vary from 1.5 hours to 4.5 hours. All of our trail rides are privately guided and booked.
You will have the opportunity to partner with us to grow and expand our horse practice, and have the chance to play a key role in the expansion & vision of the business.
