House/Property Caretaker – Lolo, MT

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of maintaining the interior and exterior of multiple homes/buildings on a ranch in Lolo, MT.
  • Manage landscaping staff with a cheerful and professional attitude
  • Upkeep and coordination of outdoor flowers, watering and design
  • Lead all house projects, including landscape and home improvement and renovations as needed
  • Maintain all aspects of homes, including maintenance schedules, sourcing and budgeting and managing vendors
  • Keep and maintain on-going lists of repairs, projects, etc. and check frequently; resolve and complete in a timely manner
  • Ensure day-to-day flow of life is always managed, as well as daily, weekly, and monthly checklists
  • Maintain and update household manuals
  • Collaborate with Ranch Manager and other ranch staff to ensure properly operating ranch
  • Some driving and errand running

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be an exemplar professional, excellent communicator, very efficient / have great time management skills, problem solver, great attention-to-detail, and be very organized
  • Availability and connectivity to support family needs, including weekends, evenings, and holidays (if necessary)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to pass a comprehensive background check

This is a full-time position and employee is entitled to health, dental, and vision insurance and 401(k). Salary is commensurate with experience.
