Sundance Trail Ranch is Colorado’s smallest dude ranch — 24 guests max, 8,000 feet up, with 800,000+ acres of Roosevelt National Forest at the gate. Small team, no hierarchy theatre, and the whole crew eats with guests at the long table. No back-of-house culture here — housekeeping isn’t invisible work at STR. It’s the first impression of everything we promise.

What’s in it for you:

What you’ll do: Turn cabins and lodge rooms between stays, daily refreshes during multi-night stays, keep supplies stocked, flag maintenance before guests notice, and jump on dishes after meals — one standard, everywhere.

Who you are: You take pride in a room someone else will sleep in. You move fast without cutting corners. You can work solo for hours and still be warm when a guest crosses your path. You’re reliable, altitude-ready, and happy to flex between cabins and kitchen.
