About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and professional Caregiver to provide high-quality in-home support for an individual living with Dementia. The ideal candidate will focus on creating a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment while fostering meaningful companionship.
Key Responsibilities
- Specialized Care: Provide attentive support tailored to the unique needs of a patient with Dementia.
- Medical Assistance: Assist with medication management and basic medical care as directed.
- Companionship: Engage in meaningful interaction to enhance the client’s quality of life.
- Environment Management: Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
- Safety & Advocacy: Monitor health status and ensure all safety protocols are followed within the home.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional caregiving experience (Dementia care experience preferred).
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and respectful approach to care.
- Requirements: Must possess a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- References: Strong professional references are required.
Schedule & Compensation
- Shifts: 24-hour shifts on a part-time basis.
- Commitment: Looking for a long-term fit to begin in June 2026.
