In-Season Manager (Seasonal – 13 Weeks)
Position Title: In-Season Club Manager
Duration: 13-Week Seasonal Position
Reports To: General Manager
Location: Eagle lake
Employment Type: Seasonal / Part time 15-20 hours per week estimated
Position Summary
The In-Season Hunt Club Manager is responsible for delivering an exceptional member and guest experience throughout the hunting season. This role focuses on member services, communication with cook, housekeeping, guides, vendor partners and daily lodge operations. The ideal candidate is organized, service-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.
Primary Responsibilities
Member & Guest Services
- Serve as the primary point of contact for members and guests during the season.
- Assist with hunt logistics, scheduling, and daily activity coordination.
- Address member requests, concerns, and special accommodations promptly.
- Maintain a professional, hospitable, and positive atmosphere at all times.
Booking & Communication Management
- Manage hunting reservations, lodging bookings, and guest schedules.
- Communicate with members regarding upcoming hunts, arrivals, and club events.
- Confirm reservations and bedroom assignments
- Coordinate check-in
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and text inquiries in a timely manner.
General Operations
- Assist with daily lodge operations and seasonal event coordination.
- Ensure all club policies, safety procedures, and operational standards are followed.
- Maintain accurate records related to guests, harvests, inventory, and bookings.
- Support ownership and management with additional seasonal tasks as needed.
Habitat and Guiding
- Help with guiding, habitat work and scouting
- Lodge Cooking & Meal Service
- Communicate with cook and ensure meals are served professionally and on schedule.
Housekeeping & Lodge Maintenance
- Communicate with housekeeping to maintain guest rooms, common areas, dining facilities, and restrooms.
- Report maintenance issues to GM
- Perform walk through to ensure things are prepped.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, lodge management, hunting operations, guiding or guest services preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with moderate supervision.
- Comfortable working flexible hours.
Season Length: 15 Weeks
Schedule – Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun Compensation: $1000/week + tips
Approx Time Frame: 9/1/27 – 9/30/27, 11/1/26 – 2/1/27
