This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in regenerative farming while contributing directly to the health of the land, animals, and community.
What You’ll Do:
- Support livestock rotational grazing and daily animal care
- Assist with feeding and compost building
- Work in our commercial kitchen on food preparation projects
- Help with infrastructure building and farm maintenance
- Join us at farmers markets and deliveries
- Contribute to our irrigation systems and the launch of our market garden
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Honest, reliable, and transparent in communication
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take initiative
- Enjoys working animals—this is more than just a job, it’s a calling
- Excited to learn, grow, and be part of a regenerative farming journey
- Experience in livestock care or market gardening is a plus—but not required. A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and genuine passion for farm life matter most.
