Part-Time / Flexible Full-Time Ranch / Land Maintenance Operator – Double M Ranch (near Hefner/Edmond, OK)
Experienced operator needed for ongoing maintenance of 125-acre ranch property. Ideal candidate is mature/reliable (semi-retired a plus) with strong heavy equipment skills and grounds/pond experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field mowing, bush hogging, and general groundskeeping
- Operating construction equipment (skid steers, excavators, etc.) for grading, tree removal, and land work
- Pond management (maintenance, water levels, vegetation control, etc.)
- Fencing, irrigation/landscaping support, and other ranch upkeep tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience with heavy equipment and groundskeeping
- Pond management experience is a strong plus
- Mature, dependable, self-motivated worker who can handle tasks independently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check
- References required
Details:
- Hours: Part-time (20-30 hrs/week) with flexibility; potential for more
- Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience (~$18–$28+/hr range for skilled operators in the OKC/Edmond area)
- Long-term “partner” type role for the right person
