We are looking for someone to partner with horses in mentoring teens for leadership. We can teach you the skills,. Yet you have to come with an affinity/passion for mentoring teens.
Love Grows Love NP promotes partnering with God and creation for self-discovery and developing teens as leaders through strength-based learning.
In a farm-style environment we offer purposeful, guided animal assisted learning and farm-activity experiences. Participants can increase self-awareness and life application in these concepts: respect, responsibility, relationship skills, empathy, boundaries, choices/outcomes while having fun learning about themselves, their strengths and others.
We are special-needs friendly and love the Al Anon and AA style.
Perhaps you have other qualities we will need also, just apply. We need a full-time person and a part-time person. looking for long-term employment. Depending on experience, FT base salary $30,000+ along with a new, nice three bedroom house – Utilities included, and board for one horse.
